Kathryn McGrory holds a a BSc. in Human Communications and a PGdip. in Health and Social Services Management from the University of Ulster. Kathryn has worked as a HR training consultant for the past 10 years and her clients have included both private and public sector bodies such as Dell, IBM, Banking 365 and Fingal County Council. She has also worked within the voluntary sector for Northern Ireland bodies such as Fermanagh New Horizons.
