Professionals who work in an IT role are a key audience for Microsoft since their continued favourability towards Microsoft and its products are key drivers for the adoption of its latest technology. Microsoft Ireland focuses time and resources in a programmatic fashion to ensure that this audience’s needs are understood and met.
Two Spires was responsible for the management of Microsoft Ireland’s IT professional audience programme while Microsoft Ireland was re-staffing the position of Audience Manager during Q1 2008.
During this time Two Spires was able to evaluate the effectiveness of the existing programme and suggest substantial strategic changes to enable the programme to be effective in meeting Microsoft’s goals.
